pattern anthology sew along: adora

i am always more motivated to sew for myself when there's a little sew-a-long to stitch to!  the ladies of pattern anthology created some really fabulous new patterns and have inspired me to sew up a capsule wardrobe for the fall and winter.

Adora was the first pattern and i had the perfect fabrics in my stash.  a grey/blue bamboo knit from L'oiseau Fabrics for the body and victoria albert museum bromley ikat cotton voile i picked up from sew me a song, (2 years ago!) for the yoke.

my favorite part of this pattern is the back yoke.  so unique and a flattering shape.

Yay!  first wardrobe piece complete, 3 more to go!
